Here at the Aston Clinic there is a new and unique Complementary Health Clinic dedicated to young people. Its approach is simple and effective. This innovative child-centered clinic operates twice weekly, where babies, children and young adults can receive all of the benefits of complementary medicine from a number of qualified practitioners at a special low price of £18.

Complementary therapy has become increasingly popular over the last few years. Very few therapists however, let alone clinics, focus specifically on the needs of children.

Whilst encouraging a philosophy of preventative medicine the AYA offers safe and effective remedies and treatments aiming to restore children's vitality, strengthen their constitution and encourage their own healing process.
Common complaints include:
¨ Respiratory disorders, Skin conditions, Hyperactivity; Anxiety-related conditions,
¨ Disturbed sleep, Urinary problems, Allergies, Digestive disturbances Weight problems. And many, many more…

The AYA recognizes that children are not just miniature adults and that as well as having specific ailments they also have their own unique needs. That is why all children and young adults are welcomed into a safe, happy, trusting environment, which aims to put them at ease. Practitioners do not wear white coats they simply dress comfortably promoting a feeling of reassurance. Furthermore, each practitioner works within a time frame that is suitable for a child therefore each treatment lasts no more then 20 minutes.

As well as treating ailments, AYA encourages awareness in children of health and its importance. This can in turn reduce fears and build confidence in themselves and complementary therapy.
